International orders under $150 will vary depending on the location.

Customs processing times are unfortunately out of our control & any fees required to pay will be responsibility of the consumer.

Privé Play is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages delayed in transit

When placing an order you are accepting all our shipping terms, domestically and internationally.

However, if your item is faulty we would like to offer you a Privé Play promise:

A warranty period of 100 days (Depending on your product it may actually come with a product warranty)

If your product is faulty we will replace it with the exact product or to something similar style & value.

Any extra shipping costs regarding returns are at the customers expense.
